Larry Coryell Ensemble

An ensemble dedicated to the compositions of guitarist Larry Coryell (1943–2017). In the late 1960s, Coryell first gained wide notice as a member of Gary Burton’s quartet, one of the first jazz-rock bands. Through the mid 70s, he continued to develop in a fusion mode with fellow guitarist John McLaughlin and others, before adding elements of acoustic music as his career progressed.
