Annual Campus Security Report

The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to disclose policy statements and crime statistics for incidents which occur on three defined areas: on-campus, on unobstructed public areas immediately adjacent to the campus and on non-campus properties owned and or controlled by the institution. The Report also includes CJC’s current policies required pursuant to the current version of 34 C.F.R. § 668.46 and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), as amended by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA), Pub. Law 113-4.

This information is published in the Annual Campus Security Report on or before October 1st annually for the preceding three years.
